In addition to my 30+ years of experience, I hold numerous certifications including  ACE CPT, ACE Nutrition Specialist, MedFit Arthritis Fitness Specialist, RAD Mobility Certification 1 and 2 and TRX Suspension Training. My passions include my faith, my family and friends, running and spoiling my cat.
